Philosophy
The introduction of law and police to put things in order has been perfected all over the world. The society grouped itself in to groups depending on wealth possession. A classless society gives equal opportunities to everyone in the society. The upcoming of classes in the society brought about the need of protecting ones self property. In order to protect our property laws and police were introduced (Clark, 2002). In a society without laws and police, people tend to take advantage of others thus resulting to exploitation. Social restraints are crucial and mostly when selfishness is very abundant in our society.
Social institutions have been introduced in our society to help tame the evil system prevailing in our society. The social institutions include educational institutions, churches amongst other counseling institutions. The human nature was put on a neutral platform before the upcoming of evil. Evil system has corrupted the smooth running of human nature. The good human nature was ruined by the mushrooming greedy and selfishness which rendered many having no choice other than to cling on evil system for survival.
Social institutions have brought in being to aid fight the evil in the society. Non violence movements which are part of the social institutions acts enable doing away with evil systems. It is perceived that social institutions help in bringing back order in a society filled with evil things. Social institutions act as checks tom the evil system existing in a society (Clark, 2002). Many activists organize for peaceful demonstrations to achieve transparency in within the human nature. The human nature is comprised of evil things if not well taken care off can ruin the good human nature. It is therefore advisable to have social institution to help tame the evil existing within the human nature.
In conclusion, people are in essence selfish in nature. This be supplemented by the manner people are reluctant in remitting assistance to others. People are ready to offer assistance to the needy in the society after getting themselves satisfied. Laws and police are essential in a society since the society is comprised of classes which promote vices such criminal activities. This occurs as a result of trying to adjust to a certain class. Lack of laws and police renders a lawless society in which the right of ownership of property may be at risk. This is because people take advantage of the situation to acquire more wealth from others. Social institutions help in taming the evil human nature.
