Intelligent design.
The proponents of the creationism theory argued that
The complex characteristics of each creature on earth only prove that it is designed by an intelligent Being, known as God or Creator. William Paley, one of the proponent of the Creationism theory said that the natural world contains abundant evidence of a supernatural creator.
Just like the simple mousetrap, the human beings and other beings on earth are constituted of irreducibly complex parts, like the brain for example that is composed of billions of neurons and other substance, which is too complex that it is impossible for it to obtain its current form if without the intervention of an intelligent designer or maker.
Though the proponents of evolutionism has presented material (archeological) evidences that humans came from monkeys, there is still a missing link to complete the idea that the human ancestors are indeed monkeys. Though the scientific community has found Ida, which is said to bridge the gap between man and monkeys, Sir Attenborough said that every time you find a link that once was missing, you find two more, and youve created two more that are missing. So its never going to be a complete chain.
Dembski (2002), on the other hand, argues that even in the scientific terms, the intelligent design theory is undeniable due to the varied characteristics of all things. The scientist argued that on the event of the development of things, that unique signature called characteristic is undeniably a product of intelligent design. For example, no two peopleeven twinshave the same fingerprints. And this is a plausible claim for an intelligent designer.
Finally, the pro-Creationism said that science alone cannot explain everything. Even some of the diseases just like Alzheimers disease that is in existence for many years, the scientific community is still puzzled about its true origin.
Presenting those evidences, the scientific community has failed to proof that the earth and the living things existing therein are not a product of an intelligent design, for (1) there are things that are remain unexplainable by science and (2) the complexity of the biological composition of human beings, for example, is an evident of a good and intelligent design.
